You get a number, not a name badge

Doors at seven. Scan a code, you are in. The big screen already knows who is here.

A game starts before anyone can feel awkward

Everyone plays at once on their own phone. The room is laughing at the same thing within five minutes.

Ninety second mingle rounds

The screen pairs you by number and puts a question up. If it is going badly you are ninety seconds from the next one.

You pick privately, we introduce

Only mutual matches hear anything, by email the next day. Nobody is ever told they were not picked, and no phone numbers change hands.
